What is included in the room rate?

The rate for staying at our Bed&Breakfast includes the cost of accommodation, which comes with various amenities like air conditioning, TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress, linens, towels, a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Check-out can be done between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM

However, we can try to be flexible with these times based on availability and guest needs.

Do you offer breakfast? If so, what is served and at what time?

Yes, we offer a daily breakfast but it is optional. the costs for breakfast is € 9,50 pp. Breakfast can be served daily between 08.30 - 10.30.

Breakfast is served in the dining area or terrace. Our breakfast usually includes fresh pastries, bread, jam, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit, along with coffee, tea, and juice.

What are the amenities provided in each room?

Each of our rooms is provided with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, a memory foam mattress, linens, towels, a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. In addition, they all have their own terrace.

Is there air conditioning and heating in each room?

Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and heating.

How far are you from popular tourist attractions or other points of interest?

Our Bed&Breakfast is located 3km behind the center of Ostuni and 15km from the sea. We are close to many popular tourist attractions, including the historic center of Ostuni, olive tree farms, and natural forests.

Is parking available on site or nearby?

We have a private parking area available on site.

Do you allow pets?

It is possible to bring your pet to our B&B but please contact us before bringing you pet.

Do you have any special rules or policies regarding noise or other guests?

We kindly ask our guests to keep noise levels down during the night to ensure that everyone can have a restful sleep. We also ask that guests respect the privacy and property of other guests at all times.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If you cancel at least 7 days before your reservation date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation date, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please note that in the case of no-shows or early checkouts, we cannot offer refunds.

To ensure that your reservation is secure, we require full payment 3 weeks before your reservation date. This gives us time to prepare for your arrival and ensure that we have everything ready for your stay. Your payment can be made through our online payment system, and we will send you a receipt as soon as the payment has been received.

We understand that unexpected events can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will be happy to assist you.
